All other warranties, whether express or implied, by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
In the event of any breach of contract, your remedies shall be limited to damages and under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the price of the items(s) made by us and, if not included in the price, the cost of the materials (excluding delivery charges).
Such contract between us shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any cause of action of the customer with respect to the website or services ordered from Epicc8 must be instituted within six (6) months after any purchase or be forever waived and barred.
All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in the Terms and Conditions as provided in this document.
The language used herein shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.
All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be brought solely in the United Kingdom and the Customer expressly submits to the jurisdiction of said courts and the Customer consents to extra-territorial service of process.
Should any part of this Contract be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
To the extent that anything in or associated with the website is in conflict or inconsistent with this Contract, this Contract shall take precedence.
Failure of Epicc8 to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
Nothing in this contract should be deemed to remove any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds (if applicable)
You are entitled to a refund any non customised items that are returned back to us in the same condition they were delivered to us. Item must be returNed back to us 100% in the original condition you received it in within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return cost of the item. Customer must notify us prior to returning the item so we send them a returns form. Any used items or altered in any way items will not be accepted back and no refund will be processed.

Custom goods are not supplied on a trial basis, so please be sure that you order the correct item(s) and confirm suitability before ordering. Material, style and colour choices are down to the individual. Once an order has been received and accepted it is then deemed to be to your satisfaction and cannot be returned. 

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Please note that any unwanted items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment or have been opened (e.g. Hair Extensions) cannot be refunded.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Any made-to-measure, custom-made, special order products or products supplied direct from the manufacturer (including furniture and equipment);
Any product which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed;
Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned which includes waist trainers, bodyshapers, underwear, ponytails,  cosmetics, hairbrushes and combs, All items classed as hair extensions and hair pieces, body ans hair  jewellery, earrings or piercings, scissors , blades and manicure/pedicure tools.

 

 


By purchasing any customised items ( WHICH INCLUDES CUSTOM MADE ITEMS MADE FROM ORDERS ) you are consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are hand made, made to order items that are created specifically for your order. These items take time to create and are typically completed between 1-4 weeks after your order is placed.


Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to. We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, e.g., “my boyfriend and I broke up and I don’t need these anymore,” “I didn’t know they’d take weeks to create,” “I need the money to pay bills,” “my mum won’t let me have plugs anymore,” and so on. Please DO NOT ORDER MADE TO ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOM OR NON REFUNDABLE  ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. You also agree that each item customised item is hand made/ MADE ON ORDER / HYGIENE ITEMS AS DISCLOSED IN OUR TERMS they may be slightly different to the one in the pictures. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO LIGHTING , CAMERA/PC RESOLUTIONS ETC THIS WILL AFFECT THE COLOURING.

THE WIGS ARE STYLED TO SUIT THE MODELS. WIGS OR OTHER ITEMS LOOKS DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW OUR ITEMS LOOK ON YOUR PERSONS.

SIZING : WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SIZING WE HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION OF WHAT CORRESPOND TO THE RIGHT SIZING. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHOOSE YOUR SUITABLE SIZES. 

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@epicc8.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@epicc8.com and send your item to: 30 The Crossways, Wembley Park, UKM, HA9 9NG, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 30 The Crossways, Wembley Park, UKM, HA9 9NG, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
